In order to promote the wider area and meet local business needs, a local organisation funded the UK’s first district-wide BID. &create were at the heart of the strategy and development of the WIN theme and all the communications. Through media and marketing planning and creation of online and offline campaigns, the BID went to ballot and won a resounding ‘YES’, leading to a fund of £3.2m over a five-year term.
